The places I listed below offer both sweets and savory, so they are perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if you fancy something cold like a sandwich or a Greek pie.

1. Our Corner:
If you are looking for a place to get a big breakfast, cheap lunch or something sweet at every time of the day or late at night after dinner, Our Corner is a place to save when planning a trip to Santorini.
They serve pancakes, fresh fruit salads, Greek yogurt with honey, fresh juices, coffees, milkshakes, sweet and savory crepes (a vast selection), omelets, eggs with sausage, sandwiches, salads and much more.
Opening Time: every day from 8.00 am to 12.00 am.

2. Santa Irini Bakery:
This place should be named "the cookie paradise" because they sell so many different kinds of cookies that you will want to try them all.
The good news is that you pay them by weight, so you can get one of each and try them all.
This bakery is located in Perissa, on the island's south side, near one of the most famous beaches in Santorini.
They sell cookies and have a vast selection of bread, croissants, cakes, pizza, sandwiches, savory Greek pies, and other local food from Santorini, fruit juices, and coffee.
Santa Irini Bakery is the perfect place to stop on the way to the beach for breakfast and buy something good to take with you for lunch.

3. Grigoris Bakery:
I can guarantee you this is one of the best places in Santorini where to try most of the famous Greek sweets.
They have many variants of the delicious baklava, Loukomadies, Kataifi, the famous orange pie Portokalopita (a must to try while in Greece).

They sell many types of bread, sandwiches, Greek pies, cakes, handmade ice creams, and many puff pastry cakes, sweet and savory.
There are many tables to sit and enjoy your meal with good fresh fruit juices or a coffee.
It is on the south side of the island. The perfect place to stop on the way to the beaches or toward the main towns if you book budget accommodation on the south of the island.

4. Bakery Svoronos:
Located in the main town Fira, this bakery offers all the most delicious and typical Greek sweets, so if this is your first time in the country, I highly recommend you check out this place.
They also have typical Greek savory pies if you look for a place to eat something local and cheap for lunch or dinner.

Lunch and Dinner in Santorini
The places I listed below offer hot local Greek food, and they all have seats available.
Still, if you prefer to eat outside, some offer takeaway options to find a nice spot and have your dinner looking at the sunset or a marvelous view of Santorini at night, with all the hotels lit up like in the best postcard.
5. Obelix Psitopoleio:
If you are in Fira and looking for a friendly and cheap place to get an excellent Greek lunch or dinner, this is one of the best places.
They make Gyros and Souvlaki take away but also have portions of delicious Greek food. The menu is vast, you spend at least 5 minutes before deciding what to order, and it will surely be tasty.

6. Nick the Grill
I found this place while exploring Fira, I just arrived after checking in at my accommodation, and I was starving. It was packed inside, so I understood it was probably a cheap and good place to eat.
I got a Gyros, and it was delicious.
They also make souvlaki, burgers, falafels, and local Greek food like zucchini and tomato fritters.
Prices are excellent to be in Fira, so this is absolutely a must-visit spot if you are on a budget.
Opening: every day from 10.30 am to 2.00 am.
Address: when at the bus station in Fira, go up toward the cliff; when you arrive at the main street (it is full of shops and restaurants) turn right and keep walking for a couple of minutes. The place is going to be on your left-hand side. (see it here)
7. Lucky Souvlakis:
The name says it all. They sell delicious souvlaki, Gyros, plates with meat, veggies and fries, Greek salads and falafels.
Everything is very delicious and at a low price.
Example: 1 souvlaki 1.60 euros, Gyros 2.60 euros, kebab pita 3.00 euros, portions 8.00 euros.

8. Ta Postalia Tou Aigaiou:
If you are looking for a place to have a great Greek dinner at a very reasonable price, go to this place to have an authentic Greek experience.
They have many Greek dishes and local ones from Santorini. They have more than 20 different starters for 5-7 euros each (a great price to be in Santorini), marinade local fish, different kinds of local Greek cheese, some meze to share with your travel mate.
They also have live music on some nights. Book it in advance because it gets fully booked very fast.

9. Avli Cafe:
If you plan to explore Thirassia Island (located northwest of Santorini), I highly recommend you try this place. Avli Cafe is next to the sea to enjoy a beautiful view of Santorini.
The two owners are a lovely couple that treats all their guests like family; the food is delicious, from local Greek to massive desserts with ice creams and fresh fruits.
They also have vegan/vegetarian options.
