Colbert is a more simple place, not posh at all but the food is good, and the view from the terrace is lovely (but you can see it only from the door windows, so only a few tables have it, but you can still take pictures from there and go outside on the terrace).

This rooftop bar in Rome is absolutely a hidden gem on top of the Hotel Cesari. It is, in my opinion, one of the best places to have a drink, relax after walking for too many hours and enjoy the views.
You will see the Piazza di Pietra from one terrace, while the upper terrace offers stunning views of the Saint Ignatius of Loyola Church. The rooftop bar at the Hotel Cesari is the perfect place to get away from the hassle and bustle of Rome's streets.

La Pergola is the only restaurant in Rome to be accorded the honour of three Michelin stars. It has a wine cellar with over 53,000 bottles, a water menu with 29 choices, olive oils and some balsamic vinegar from the best producers in Italy.
